Tarifa por noche para 1 o 2 personas UNICAMENTE (solamente los Departamentos tienen tarifa cuádruple). Máxima ocupación en habitaciones sencillas 2 personas y en las habitaciones con cocina y estancia 4 personas pagando extra la 3er y 4ta persona. Persona extra en habitaciones con estancia y cocineta paga $400 pesos o $24 usd por persona por habitación por noche. En los departamentos independientes la quinta y la sexta persona paga $350 pesos o $22 usd por persona por noche.
**Persona extra en las habitaciones con A/C y DELUXE pagan $500 pesos o $30 usd por persona por habitación por noche.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy ONLY (one bedroom apartments are based on 4 people stay). Maximum occupancy in the standard rooms is 2 people and in the kitchen and living area rooms are 4 people paying extra the 3rd and 4th person. Extra person has a cost of $400 pesos or $24 usd per person per room per night. In the one bedroom apartments the 5th and 6th person has a cost of $350 pesos or $22 usd per person per night. **Extra person in the A/C & the DELUXE rooms has a cost of $500 pesos or $30 usd per person per room per night.

*WE WONT DO ANY REFUNDS IF YOUR ACCOMMODATION HAS BEEN PRE-PAID BY A BANK DEPOSIT, PAYPAL OR CASH IF NO SHOW, REDUCE NUMBER OF NIGHTS OR NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE BOOKING OR IF THERE IS ANY CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW.

*We need to charge you in advance 30% of the total amount of your accommodation via PAYPAL including a 24.8% extra would be add as per taxes 19% and 5.8% additional fees for international bank transactions OUT OF SEASON.

DURING HIGH SEASON PERIODS 100% REQUIRED. We will send you an attach link for you to follow up with payment and complete you booking procedure. Without this deposit WE CANNOT HOLD OR GUARANTEE ANY OVERSEAS BOOKING.

If you don’t complete the procedure of the payment to finish your booking we can not guarantee our availability & rates will remain the same in the following days.

The quotes in usd are just an estimate as we pretty much quote by the money exchange rate at the moment of arrival or inquiring.
